of New York, in the historic Town of Edinburg. His images preserve
the subtle light, shadows, and patinas of the scenic landscapes,
aging structures and beautiful flowers he finds in nature throughout the United States.
Gary Larsen's new book called "Paths in Life" is a series of infrared photographs which suggest allegories about opportunities and situations in life. Each image is described by an adjective that suggests a human condition and portrays a different environment and context of interpretation... but welcomes the viewer to imagine a personal meaning.
The book contains all 18 images and includes a dictionary definition and an interpretive narrative for each thought provoking photograph.
